Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

1. Seller and reseller

Products on stackpriced.com are created by Arthur Magoulianiti, trading as StackPriced, Cyprus (address: [BUSINESS POSTAL ADDRESS, Cyprus]; contact [email protected]). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing, tax and returns-related enquiries, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

2. Products

• Personal edition ($39): the report as PDF and web/Markdown, for one person.
• Data / Team edition ($119): the above plus the structured dataset (JSON), licensed for internal use within one organisation.
• Pricing Watch ($15/month or $129/year): a subscription to report updates, a monthly change digest and a JSON feed. It renews automatically until cancelled.

Prices are in USD. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout. Digital files are delivered by email and download link immediately after payment.

3. Licence

You may use the content for your own (Personal) or your organisation's internal (Data/Team) decision-making. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to stackpriced.com. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish the full report or dataset, or use the dataset to build a competing commercial product, without written permission.

4. Nature of the research

Reports are independent research based on public vendor information, cited with sources and "as of" dates. Vendor prices and terms change, so verify before purchasing any software. Content is provided for information only and is not legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

5. Refund policy

• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a report, email [email protected] (or contact Lemon Squeezy support) within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will refund you in full, no questions asked.
• Faulty or misdescribed files: we will fix, replace or refund at any time once the problem is confirmed.
• Subscriptions: cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Your first subscription payment is covered by the 14-day guarantee. Annual renewals can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
• EU right of withdrawal: because digital content is delivered immediately, at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right then ends. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies.
• Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

6. Updates and errata

Buyers get free corrections to the edition they bought. Readers who report a verified factual error get the next edition free.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution information available from the European Commission.
